This website, www.ticktype.com (the “Site”), is operated by HONG KONG GUIDE IMPORT AND EXPORT TRADING CO., LIMITED for the Ticktype brand.

Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to HONG KONG GUIDE IMPORT AND EXPORT TRADING CO., LIMITED and Ticktype, as applicable.

We provide this Site, including all information, products, tools, features, and services available through the Site (collectively, the “Service”), to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any additional policies referenced herein or made available on the Site.

If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, suggestions, feedback, ideas, or other content to us or through the Site (“User Content”), you represent that you have the necessary rights to submit that content.

You retain ownership of your original User Content.

You may not submit content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of another person.
